Business Development Manager (high growth FinTech)

Greater London Permanent £30000.00 - £40000.00 per annum + double OTE + bonus

My client is a pioneering peer-to-peer currency exchange platform – having acquired over 400,000 customers since their launch in 2014, they are now looking to integrate their API within the systems of travel companies, airlines and tour operators. The company itself is young, dynamic and professional is to help travellers everywhere swap and manage their currency in the cheapest, fairest and most transparent way possible. They have ambitious plans to double their headcount (currently 50 in London and show no signs of slowing down.

By launching their B2B solution they are fulfilling their customer mission and offering online travel businesses a simple solution to add ancillary revenue to their customers’ booking flow. They are looking for ambitious BDMs to help realise this vision, leverage existing relationships within the travel industry and build strong relationships with new partners. This is a full 360 business development role so you will be empowered to cover everything from lead generation to closing deals.

Experience

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • 1 – 4 years experience in a similar role
  • A history of managing commercial relationships, lead sourcing and closing deals
  • Experience of working in the business travel industry with a network of business travel industry contacts (sales)
  • Experience of B2B sales
