The Company:

This exciting cloud-based people management solution have recently secured their Series A funding. This disruptive SaaS platform allows employees to show their true colours and connect with one another. They have offices in both Tel Aviv and London!

The Role:

This is a Business Development Manager role which will work cross-functionally to attract and sell the product to new companies. This is a closing role – you will be managing the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • You will be required to prospect, nurture and build new business relationships
  • You will perform product demos
  • You will need to build your revenue pipeline by performing outbound activities
  • Targeting key decision makers at the right buying readiness and time lines
  • Use Salesforce to capture and manage data
  • Attend trade shows and events

Your Profile:

  • Experience in a SaaS (software as a service) sales role
  • Proven success in hitting revenue targets
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • Strong desire to be successful

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of the HR space
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello
  • A natural, strong interest in the tech space
