Business Director – Management Consultant

My client is a highly entrepreneurial consultancy offering transformation support to businesses, from strategy to implementation. The team is growing rapidly and powered by young and tenacious consultants who combine outstanding analytical and social skills, real leadership and drive, a pragmatic approach, and a relentless focus on sustainable business results.

We need individuals who want to help support clients through large scale transformations, enabled by leading edge automation and technology solutions.

The implementation of a new technology solution impacts everything it touches, so the teams will be working collaboratively with clients to ensure smooth and pain-free transitions.

Individuals should have the following:

• 8 + year’s experience working for a top tier strategy consulting firm developing business strategies for clients or similar experience.
• Strong Sales experience with the ability to sell projects of €1 million + in value.
• Well established networks within the Belgium market.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• First-hand experience with disruptive technologies and innovation.
• Outstanding analytical and social skills, real leadership and drive, a pragmatic approach, and a relentless focus on sustainable business results.
• Fluency in English and Dutch – French would be an additional bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree – MBA or Master’s degree preferred
