£84,000 Basic £120,000 OTE – +/- depending on experience

I’m looking for someone that has probably been an SDR then moved into either an AE / Channel Manager role.

The company have been operating for c3 years and already have 150 clients ranging from 10-100,000 users.

They have been funded by well-known industry figures and one of the best VC’s – c $16M pre series A.

You will be initially focused on identifying the right type of Partners which will include – Internal Comms Consultancies / Agencies and HR SI’s – for instance – Workday / SuccessFactors Implementation Partners.

Once identified you will be recruiting and onboarding them into the newly created program. Your role will then focus on enabling those Partners to be successful – working with them and the direct sales team to help them close new logo’s.

You should have a minimum of 5 years Direct / Channel experience and be used to working in a high growth start up environment where the focus is on new business acquisition.
