We are searching for a Commercial Director for a fiercely independent challenger digital consultancy. Everything they do is focused on improving their clients position and it always starts with a deep dive into the business and really understanding the goals and desires of the leadership.

  • Develop internal processes for the approach to sales and supporting clients on a commercial basis.
  • Take a ‘hands on’ approach, understanding that this is a small, agile team that supports each other on every project to ensure client satisfaction, so tasks will have lots of variety.

The Commercial Director should be able to demonstrate experience of;

  • Working directly with C suite/Director level contacts to provide business model innovation with a working knowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging digital technologies.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably from within a consultancy or transformation agency with specific contribution to identifying, developing, and closing new mandates.

The Commercial Director needs to have the following attributes/requirements;

  • Results oriented and highly organized
