Greater London Permanent £75000.00 - £90000.00 per annum + double OTE

My client is a FinTech scaleup in hyper-growth mode – they are the market leaders in Identity Verification, offering a sophisticated AI/ML SaaS solution to build trust behind transactions.

Thanks to data breaches, regulatory changes and the need to simplify the customer onboarding process, this market has exploded! Since their foundation in 2010, they have secured over $45m funding and grown a team of 350+. Their client base already includes numerous household names across Financial Services (Retail/Commercial Banking), Challenger Banking, Insurance, e-Commerce and Gaming.

I’m working to build out their highly successful New Business function in London – you would be joining a team of 15 and reporting directly to the European VP Sales. Any business that processes large volumes of payments could be a client – you will focus on generating and winning new logo clients across EMEA.

If you have 5+ years enterprise sales experience, and want to play a leading role in expanding their global footprint I’d love to hear from you! Top performers are earning over £400k in this role, and their commission accelerators are infamously generous.


  • Delivering against agreed new business sales targets, revenue and new logo customer acquisition
  • Selling into companies across a number of industries including Sharing Economy, Gaming, Fintech, Banking and more.
  • Identification and development of opportunities with successful pipeline and process management through to deal completion
  • Market mapping and researching prospects and their business needs and drivers – building relationships across target customers
  • Networking and event attendance and management

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A track record of building relationships across Enterprise Accounts at the C-Level – achieving sales quotas of £1.5-2M+ per year
  • Proven professional experience selling value-add software solutions to new logo customers
  • Excellent ability to identify and articulate value to customers through written and verbal communication
  • Prospecting skills and experience of prioritizing potential clients
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills,
  • Forecasting and financial planning and strategy skills
  • Proficiency in CRM – SFDC preferable

Great to have Experience and Qualifications:

  • Established network of contacts in relevant industries and enterprise customers
  • Existing knowledge of the ID verification, AML or KYC market
  • Competitor product awareness and insight
  • Degree educated is preferred, not essential
  • Proven experience managing deal sizes ranging from £30,000 to £3M+
  • Comfortable with sales cycles of between 3-9 months
  • Experience with reseller / system integration channels in cyber security solutions / identity management solutions is advantageous
