Enterprise Sales Executive – SaaS Platform – Germany

The Company

An exciting global SaaS business whose innovative technology solutions are disrupting the market. Using AI and machine learning technologies to transform the customer experience for consumers, the organisation has been in rapid growth mode since inception and continues to grow from strength to strength in the European region.

The Role

Based in remotely in Germany, this Enterprise Sales Executive will join the growing sales team as the first person on the ground in the DACH region at an exciting new stage in their growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that revenue targets are met and over-achieved
  • Individually prospect to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop an expert knowledge of the SaaS platform
  • Utilise known sales methodologies to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings.
  • Research and understand the market including competitor analysis
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability

About You

The successful Enterprise Sales Account Executive will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience achieving annual revenue targets above $1 million in SaaS sales, most likely as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales, Enterprise Sales or similar
  • Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders during a complex sales cycle. Previous experience selling to CMOs, VP Marketing, Head of Customer Service, Chief Customer Officers or similar would be very interesting
  • A passion for problem solving and constantly improving sales knowledge
  • Happy to work independently, launching a new region and reporting to head office in the US
  • Good technical understanding and excellent presentation skills: knowledge of the following industries would be beneficial: customer experience (CEM/CXM); customer feedback management; social listening; audience insights and analytics; voice of the customer (VOC); NPS programmes; artificial intelligence
