Field Sales Manager – Stuttgart

The Company:

The company is a leading POS & e-commerce payments acquirer and processor who have offices worldwide. This role is based within their German organization but is home office within Stuttgart. You will be reporting to the Head of Mass Market.

The Role:

This is a sales, hunting role as you will focus on winning, maintaining and expanding the relationships within your assigned segment. You will be required to achieve sales targets and increase profitability for the entire range of products which includes POS and/or ecommerce. You will be targeting merchants with <50 POS terminals so experience hunting these sort of accounts would be very beneficial.

  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within your segment
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments in order to meet merchants expectations
  • You will assess and clarify the merchants needs on a regular basis
  • Attend trade fairs and conferences on a regular basis to enhance existing relationships and increase network
  • Maintain clear communication, internally and externally

Your Profile:

  • Strong passion for sales
  • Hunter background
  • Self-motivated
  • Fluent in German and English

Please note this role will require extensive travel and a full clean driving license
