My client provide personal, business and Managed FX services to a wide variety of clients, providing them with the information and support they need to make better decisions regarding their FX needs, as well as allowing them to plan ahead and take a pro-active approach to FX.

Due to recent acquisitions and organic growth, my client is looking to start a sales academy for driven graduates who are looking for the training and guidance they need to become top sales performers.

What you’ll do:

• Selling FX solutions to prospect businesses.
• Making a high volume of cold calls in order to generate leads.
• Negotiate and close FX contracts C level executives.
• Work towards and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set for you.

You will be:

• A recent graduate (degree is ideal but not essential)
• Tenacious – You must have a thick skin to work in this industry!
• Driven with a desire to be successful in sales.
• Intelligent, switched on individual with goals and ambitions
• Hardworking and eager to learn.

You will get:

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped OTE.
• Full training programme with continued training and guidance in role.
