Inside Sales Executive

A Unicorn status FinTech (company valuation of $1bn) are growing out their Sales team in the European London HQ. One of the fastest growing FinTech start-ups in APAC with 200 people across 8 offices, funding of $200m and they’re launching into Europe in London now.

Their technology enables more cost-effective foreign exchange payments through their technology platform.

The role will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Development for the UK and will involve qualifying incoming leads with small and medium size businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Own SME inbound lead process:

• Dealing with enquiries
• Qualifying leads and closing deals with SME clients
• Compliance and on boarding customers and handling any initial issues customers may have

• Work with compliance to get as many businesses through the KYC process as possible
• Meet SLAs and provide sales reporting
• Assign API/Enterprise leads to the Senior Business Development Manager
• Outbound sourcing of SME leads

What you’ll look like:

• Hungry, go-getter with experience in a start-up
• 2 years inside sales experience e.g. FX sales, SaaS sales
• Degree educated
• Willing to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
