IoT Key Account Manager – Retail & FMCG

Germany; Munich or Dusseldorf/Cologne

Salt are currently partnered with a global digital communications provider who create market leading Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for their large enterprise customers worldwide. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to join the IoT team who will be responsible for introducing these innovative, complex solutions into C-Level customers within the Retail & FMCG industries.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce IoT innovation into large global enterprise customers within Retail & FMCG, identifying sales opportunities within these existing customers.
  • Consult customers on the benefits of IoT and how it will digitally transform their businesses, resulting in securing €XM+ partnerships.
  • Presenting to C-Level stakeholders, and negotiating deals end-end with clients, achieving annual sales targets.
  • Understand current digital trends within Retail & FMCG and the impact and opportunity of these for the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-level B2B Sales or Consultancy within Technology sector.
  • Experience working with Retail and/or FMCG customers. This could be in-house innovation role or introducing digital solutions into these sectors.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English language.
  • Comfortable travelling to customer sites in Germany during the week, in addition to home-office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Location: Munich or Dusseldorf areas, with home-office flexibility

Start: Interviews immediate

Salary: €80K – €115K OTE + car, benefits
