Mid – Market Sales – HR & Payroll
1 X Large Enterprise Sales | 2 X Mid-Market Sales | 1 X Account Manager – (new revenue into existing accounts)
Salt is retained to hire 3 levels of roles to include this one selling into the Mid-Market. (up to 3500 employees)
Our client is one of the top services partners of Workday globally.
They have a reputation of delivering excellence across both Mid-sized and Enterprise Customers and are a trusted partner to Workday.
You will work in conjunction with the Workday Mid-Market sales team , partnering with them on net new sales, providing implementation services of their market leading HR and Finance applications
In conjunction with this you will sell additional services into the Workday client base to include HR analytics, payroll outsourcing and workforce management.
I’m looking for someone that understands complex buying cycles and has a history of selling professional services to new customers.
You should be used to working with / mentoring internal sales to drive your pipeline and be comfortable with order values of between £300K-600K
Ideally you will have exposure to the HR landscape or have sold similar services. You should be used to constructing services agreements and working with internal teams.
You will be driven and used to hitting targets in the region of $2M
