Partner Manager

An exciting FinTech start-up who are rapidly growing are looking to hire their first dedicated Partner Manager to drive new revenue streams and support their ongoing expansion.

You’ll need to be organised, strategic and commercially savvy to identify, onboard, train and enable new partners across the technology and consultancy partner ecosystem globally to allow the business to access new markets.

The successful Partner Manager will possess;

• Proven experience of managing partners or building a partner channel for a software vendor
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Ability to analyse short and long-term business and financial viability of Partner performance and implement improvement measures as required.
• You’ll need to be able to articulate a complex solution and value proposition to third party partners and ensure they are well versed in all areas of the product.
• A demonstrable history of high achievement (both academic and professional)
• Experience working within FinTech, Cyber Security, AI or Machine Learning led solutions would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Desire to work for an evolving, high-growth UK start-up
