The Role:

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a Partnerships Director to lead the growth and evolution of strategic partnerships on a global scale. The Director of Partnerships will rapidly grow and scale network sales and strategic partnerships by positioning the SaaS platform at the forefront of the accounting ecosystem.

Responsible for developing and executing on the partner growth strategy and playbook, this is a highly visible role within the business which will work cross-functionally across multiple international offices.

Your Profile:

The successful Partnerships Director will naturally have a proven aptitude for relationship management and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior software sales role or partnerships role influencing high growth across large partners
  • A great understanding of the accounting ecosystem with established relationships at top international networks and key technology partners such as Sage/Xero/Intuit
  • Ability to deliver a partner strategy and playbook, ideally having previous done this on a global scale
  • Expert commercial awareness that translates into the ability to structure and pitch complex deal structures
  • At-ease networking at a senior level and keynote speaking at major industry events
  • Desire to work for a dynamic scale-up SaaS business
