Regional Sales Manager – Nordics

The company:

A cross-channel identity and orchestration platform designed to simplify, accelerate, and reduce the cost of identity-related projects, such as authentication, authorisation and fraud prevention.

They are a self-funded, Pre-IPO vendor who are aggressively implementing their footprint across the EMEA region. After experiencing demand and success of their product, they are actively looking to build a presence in each region in mainland Europe, to drive their global footprint.

The role:

High performing Regional Sales Manager to grow their team. Seeking an experienced, quota carrying sales individual who is looking to focus their skills to drive the effective use of security technology for the safety and security of customers. You will be the first individual on the ground and your responsibility will be to create and undertake a strategic plan/business plan to drive customer acquisition and innovate the market with the pioneering solution.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and build on a strategic sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory.

– Manage lead qualification and conversion from interested prospects.

– Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships within named accounts.

– Consulting with and advising large, strategic Customers, engaging in long and complex sales cycles.

– Liaising with multiple C-level executives.

– Travel required, to prospects, customers or marketing events within the assigned territory (40-50% travel).

Required Skills/Experience:

– 6+ years experience and success in security software/complex SaaS application sales.

– Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applications

– Strong technical background.

– Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

– Experience with web based conferencing tools such as Webex.

– Ability to work in a fast paced, ambitious environment.

– A passion for security work.

– Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
