Last month, our PropTech client announced $11m in Series A funding. They’re set to completely disrupt the residential lettings market as we know it. Combining government deposit schemes with smart technology to make renting more affordable for tenants, more profitable for landlords and more efficient for agents and institutions, they’ve provided a cracking new platform.

They’re on the hunt for a Regional Sales Manager in Yorkshire & the Humber to oversee partnerships with landlords, PRS schemes and lettings agencies across the UK. The role will be remote (yes, remote, wahoo!) with travel twice a month to London.

What you’ll do:

  • Identifying, attracting, negotiating and launching partnerships with a variety of landlords, property managers and letting agents, both public and private
  • Manage full life cycle, from initial outreach, through onboarding to relationship management
  • Focus on providing an outstanding sales experience to potential partners and building a greater network within the industry
  • Identify marketing, event and networking opportunities to attend/sponsor or speak at

Your background:

  • Experienced working within the property industry, maybe in proptech or online (ideally led a branch in lettings)
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
  • A car owner with a full clean UK driving licence

What’s on offer:

  • Basic salary £40-50k + 50% OTE
  • Car allowance / cover for mileage
