Sales Development Representative – Outbound Sales

My client is a leading open banking provider in Europe, building, managing, and maintaining AIS and PIS connections for amazing clients.

They are looking for their first SDR hire in the UK, working directly with the Head of Sales here.

They are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who want to want to contribute to their journey and grow with them along the way.

On a daily basis, you will be proactively generating initial meetings (outbound) for the senior sales team via creative e-mail, social and phone-based techniques; in line with the wider UK sales strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Marketing team to help grow the UK clients and bring the power of open banking to businesses in the UK. As the business grows and you deliver proven results, they will support your professional growth with greater responsibilities – with a view to moving into field sales.

Ideally you will have:

  • BSc/BA preferably in Business Studies or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone and video calling
  • Sales experience, ideally in telesales and/or social selling (LinkedIn) with the confidence and ability to open doors
  • A proactive, ‘hunter’ mentality
  • Organised, structured and able to hit the ground running
  • Professional customer-centric manner
  • If you have worked in SaaS or Fintech this is an advantage
