This innovative platform designed for the care industry is on the hunt for their first intake of Sales Development Representatives to drive the business forward. This opportunity is soaking in potential for a Sales Development Representative that wants to make their name in a fast growing start up.

The role:

• The Sales Development Representative will generate new leads based on exciting new prospecting techniques with a focus on mutual business fit, research and consultative discussion, creating highly relevant sales opportunities for the Sales team.
• Researching prospects and understanding their business use case to have constructive conversations with them.
• You will work closely with the co-founders to deliver our go-to-market strategy, primarily focused on partnering with domiciliary care agencies to provide Birdie as a game-changing service for their clients.
• This will include: lead generation; sales execution and account management.
• You will engage with domiciliary care agencies and other potential partners through email, telephone calls, in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and conference attendance
• You will work on a venture that aims at disrupting one of the most critical and sensitive industries across the world; you will enable thousands of elderly people to age with dignity, happiness and joy; your work will create real social change.
• Start-up culture; self-motivation is paramount but the world is your oyster.
