My client are a leading Retail Analytics Platform, with the most advanced analytics solution specifically built for eCommerce, store and omnichannel retail teams.

Unlike a lot of the competitors in this space, their platform offers a truly unique solution with a strong ROI for their customers, which include the likes of Farfetch, Nike, Mulberry and Victoria’s Secret. By analysing millions of data points from every part of the retail organisation, using more than 1,000 proprietary algorithms, it provides a prescriptive analytics solution that elevates the retailers’ tech stack with transformed data to drive automated decisions and actions online and in-store.

Reporting directly to the VP EMEA, they are looking for a Sales Director to help support the growth in EMEA, where you will be achieving new business sales targets, working closely with the SDR team and selling to international enterprise retail brands across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving New Business Revenue Targets, selling to major international brands and retailers.
  • Develop a sales strategy for targeting new customers for new revenue.
  • Commercial management of existing customers, identifying and up-selling opportunities working with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Identify and nurture key contacts and build out strong executive relationships.
  • Work alongside the VP EMEA to grow out the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a high achiever having consistently exceeding sales quota targets.
  • Minimum 8 years selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling into the Ecommerce/Retail space – understanding of the retail space.
  • Process driven – able to plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, eager to develop their career and maximise professional reward.
