£120k base / Double OTE

I’m not sure I can think of another SAAS business who is backed by so many impressive investors. My client has received over $110mil worth of investment from the likes of Microsoft, Deutsche Telecom and Cisco Investments. Unlike many of the vendors in the market place, these guys are offering a truly disruptive solution, that is tackling and enhancing the way businesses engage with their employees on a global scale. With customers such as Lloyds bank and Nestle, these guys are dominating the enterprise market, and have a global sales team which host’s some of the UKs most impressive and high earning salespeople, with P60 earnings of £350k per year.

The role:

• You’ll be targeting the biggest enterprises globally
• You’ll work closely with your own SDR to hunt out new business opportunities
• You’ll close deals in a very open territory (if you have a network in France/ Germany/ Middle East – go with it!)
• You’ll be working towards a $1mil target

You’ll need to demonstrate you have:

• 7-10+ years of previous enterprise SAAS sales experience
• A network with HR professionals would be great but not essential
• Prior experience in software or technology sales
• A proven track record of managing a large territory and closing large contracts
• P60 for proof of earnings and target achievement
• Outstanding listening, communication, and negotiation skills
