The Role

The Business Development Manager will join a highly successful inside sales team in a fun environment. As the voice of the brand, you will build strong relationships with new customers and existing customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify new accounts through planning daily and weekly schedule to contact potential customers
  • Prospect and pitch senior professionals through making outbound calls
  • Maintain a positive attitude and consistent work effort in a competitive work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals
  • Understanding of the importance customer service plays in sales
  • Able to overcome objectives and close the sale

About You

The successful Business Development Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in an inside sales or telesales role most likely as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Inside Sales or similar
  • Able to overcome objectives and close the sale
  • A passion for problem solving and constantly improving sales knowledge
  • You are excited by the opportunity to join an ambitious team in a growing start up
