Sales Manager – Consulting – Time and Material

Sales Manager with expertise identifying and selling Time and Materials needs within existing customers required to join leading consultancy.

The successful Sales Manager will have and in-depth understanding of the Financial Services market place and how it operates backed with strong stakeholder management. By using your industry knowledge and experience you will be generating incremental revenues from existing accounts by understanding commercial need and fulfilment of services focused on IT Infrastructure

In this role the successful Sales manager will;

  • Be astute in identifying Time and Material needs with customers
  • Qualify Leads, create appropriate sales funnel and monitor delivery of quality services for your account or portfolio of accounts
  • Be adept at negotiating/closing sales cycle to win contracts
  • Become a trusted IT services advisor to the customer and play the role of a respected “door opener” for future managed services business.
  • Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline

The successful Sales Manage will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure and conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, enabling the delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Sales Manager will have experience of selling such services, outsourcing and off-shoring services in very large Matrix organisations.
