The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Sales Operations Manager to join the team in London.

How you can make an impact in this role:

  • Own key operational processes and metrics, such as lead management, pipeline management, process optimisation and revenue metric analysis
  • Report on results, identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to implement new & improved processes and the implementation of tools to support this
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within Salesforce for the customer portfolio of accounts & leads
  • Work in partnership with the finance team to model future forecasting and revenue
  • Implement and manage strategic project based work with related teams including marketing, sales, customer success and finance
  • Proactively liaise regularly with the leadership team to provide insight that support key business decisions

About You

In order to hit the ground running in this role, the successful Sales Operations Manager will likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales operations manager or analyst role at a software/technology business (SaaS would be ideal)
  • Excellent experience working with Salesforce essential; experience using Marketo would be super useful
  • Analytical mindset: you are passionate about working with and interpreting data using advanced Excel skills
  • Organised with a natural ability to quickly priories key initiatives while working on multiple projects
  • A proactive communicator with your colleagues, able to work cross-functionally with different teams including senior management
