The Role

As part of their continued expansion plans, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead partner and channel growth in the DACH region. The is a strategic role in the region where responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business opportunities with channel partners
• Provide the management team with accurate activity reports, channel information and forecasting
• Contribute to an evolving partner strategy
• Work closely with the marketing and internal sales support teams to maximise partner recruitment, training and sales
• Establish and maintain positive team and partner relationships
• Ensure effective co-ordination with the wider sales team

About You

The successful Partner Manager will bring the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a new business generation role withing software sales
• Proven sales track record identifying and closing business
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive confident attitude
• Highly motivated with a pragmatic business acumen
• Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation
• Previous experience working with channel led or technology partner businesses would be beneficial
