Greater London Permanent £30000.00 - £35000.00 per annum + £15,000 to £20,000 bonus

Founded in 2011 and recently acquired by a major PE firm, my client’s mission is to accelerate the world’s progress towards sustainability by crafting the most compelling solutions that help their clients build and maintain sustainable supply chains that benefit the world. They were founded to address the critical gaps in corruption due diligence and third-party management.

Following the recent acquisition along with a new MD and CRO, they’re aggressively growing their sales team and are looking for an SDR to join the team with a clear progression to AE/BDM position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic research and prospecting into organisations via email, calling, networking and creative means to drive early-stage pipeline
  • Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision-makers
  • Qualifying inbound inquiries by educating and developing prospects leading to an appointment
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity KPIs as well as deliver a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed opportunity quotas to deliver an optimal sales pipeline

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • At least 1 year of experience in an outbound focused sales position is desired; customer-oriented background is required (sales, support, customer service)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
