Senior Business Development Manager

Greater London Permanent £50000.00 - £100000.00 per annum

Our client are the market leading provider of software-led risk management solutions. Consistently seeing impressive YoY growth and ambitious goals for the future. Their prospective customer interest is greater than their sales capacity, lots of opportunity and potential for high achievers.

We are looking for 3 mid-senior individual contributor hires from any SaaS/Tech/Service sales background!

If you have new business sales experience within a consultative field based sales role, a proven track record of negotiating deals and skilled in influencing and negotiation consultative sales processes then you will be perfect.

Must haves

  • 5+ years’ of tech/software or services sales experience (quota carrying)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets (high performance vs target with proof of consistent achievement)
  • Coachable and Articulate
  • Able to work at pace
  • Ambitious and self-driven
  • Emotionally Intelligent
