Senior Business Development Representative – Remote
My client is a leading innovator in SaaS-based workforce and systems analytics that provide insights and recommendations to enable better, faster decisions that help companies to enhance end-user experiences, improve productivity and reduce IT costs.
They work with an array of clients from leading international defence, security, and aerospace organisations to Global Financial Institutions and Energy and Food & Beverage companies.
As the organisation continues to expand and scale, they are looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative, with energy, drive and creativity, and is able to ‘think outside the box’ to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for driving sales across the United Kingdom and North American region, to help support the launch of their new Workforce and Systems Analytics platform. Reporting directly into the VP Marketing.
A key differentiator in this role is that you will also be responsible for helping to optimize and manage the use of the CRM system across the sales organization, identifying best practice, and building and managing CRM automations to improve efficiencies and optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Discover and research key sectors and accounts, and call inbound leads to identify projects to create engagement to all members of the target consumers
Explore relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc)
Book meetings / discovery calls with leads for the Sales Team
Plan and create development campaigns for your accounts
Reaching out to businesses to build new relationships in market/target accounts
Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication to prospect new opportunities
Identify key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
Capture and manage information/data/metrics in the CRM system
Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information and generate interest
You must have minimum 2+ years in lead generation or outbound telesales experience with a B2B enterprise software/SaaS vendor and expertise in a leading CRM application; experience with Active Campaign is an advantage.
Offering a very competitive Salary Package ranging between £60k – £70k OTE + Bonus & Benefits
