Senior Sales Operations Analyst – SaaS FinTech

The Company

A FinTech SaaS platform who are reinventing and disrupting the complex insurance market thanks to their digital transformation insurance platform. Founded in the UK with excellent financial backing and at a pivotal early stage in their growth, the organisation has ambitious plans to scale the team, driven by continued success in new customer growth and high levels of interest in their solution.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team as their very first Sales Operations expert. A key role that will involve working closely with the leadership team, this is an opportunity to help shape the sales operations function in an early-stage start-up.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Own key operational processes and metrics, such as lead management, pipeline management, process optimisation and revenue metric analysis
  • Report on results, identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to implement new & improved processes and the implementation of tools to support this
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within the CRM for the customer portfolio of accounts & leads
  • Work in partnership with the finance team to model future forecasting and revenue
  • Implement and manage strategic project based work with related teams including marketing, sales, customer success and finance
  • Proactively liaise regularly with the leadership team to provide insight that support key business decisions

About You

In order to hit the ground running in this role, the successful Senior Sales Operations Executive will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales operations role at a software/technology business (SaaS would be ideal)
  • Analytical mindset: you are passionate about working with and interpreting data
  • Organised with a natural ability to quickly priories key initiatives while working on multiple projects
  • A proactive communicator with your colleagues, able to work cross-functionally with different teams including senior management
