Salt are working closely with a foreign exchange FinTech scale-up who have attracted over $170m investment.. They have grown to 200+ people across 3 international locations since 2012. They’re now seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spear-head partnerships with accountancy software businesses and open banking focused FinTech’s.

The role comprises three key areas; market assessment, strategic relationship management and commercial oversight and will report into the VP of Banking within the product and marketing function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create partnerships with accounting software packages, FinTechs and other potential strategic partners that would help grow our customer reach
  • Work with the product team to expand product partnership offering
  • Encourage and drive adoption of the products we are developing with the partners
  • Manage the end to end relationship with partners
  • Arrange meetings with internal stakeholders in product, technology and sales
  • Negotiate partnership agreements

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, product partnerships, commercial relationship management, and/or strategy role, ideally in Fintech or enterprise technology
  • Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise technology
  • Analytical and sharp
