Consultant – IT Transformation – Germany

The IT transformation team provide expertise to drive value from the technology they invest in, to ultimately improve business performance.

This role could appeal to experienced professionals that have held technology roles in corporate enterprise.

Members of IT Transformation should be comfortable with the following responsibilities

• Take the lead or co-lead projects of all sizes, from strategy through to completion, with an emphasis on reconciling client requirements and scope with available resources and technology
• Lead or play a team role in ensuring quality delivery on the client engagements in critical situations requiring rapid improvement
• Lead and/or participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
• Deliver technical and consulting expertise in at least 2 of the following: Digital and Technology strategy, Product strategy and innovation, IT operating model, organisation & governance, IT cost reduction, IT strategic sourcing, operational due diligence, company separation (Carve-out) or integration (Merger) projects, IT complexity reduction, platforms/infrastructure consolidation

Members of IT Transformation team should have all of the following qualifications

• Experience of delivering small projects and working across multiple work streams of larger projects
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with knowledge of prevalent tools, methodologies and frameworks
• Willingness to travel across EMEA

Members of IT Transformation team should have all of the following competencies

• A passion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve their business objectives
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment
• The ability to deliver expertise in critical and urgent situations, requiring rapid improvement
• A highly collaborative approach with the ability to develop buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders
