My client is a global leader in the strategy and transformation space. They have a long history of advising clients and supporting businesses in significant change, from strategy to execution totally focused on results.

I am looking for someone who can help shape the future of their client’s business and redesign what they look like from the inside out and the outside in. You should be able to define, design and deliver capabilities around customer service, commerce and marketing that shape an amazing customer experience.

What responsibilities the Digital Lead – Consumer Products will have

• Inspire clients on optimising engagement strategies across all channels
• Translate your vision for the industry in the area of Consumer Products
• Help clients develop propositions that deliver this vision
• Identify and shape opportunities in the marketplace
• Experience working for a top tier consulting firm or have deep sector experience from working on end client transformations
• Business development, growing existing relationships and forming new ones to drive consulting revenues

The Digital Lead – Consumer Products will need to be

• Highly motivated with the attitude to work with ambiguity and to step out of your comfort zone
• Experienced in developing relationships with senior level client contacts
• Ideally experience in shaping and composing a team focused in the Consumer Products vertical
• Passionate in designing and delivering an optimised customer experience
• Sensitive to global organisations different styles and demands
