My client, a Multinational Service Integrator is currently looking for an Engagement Partner within their Insurance vertical who has managed multi-million pound per year deals and a P&L upwards of £30m.

As the Engagement Partner you will be managing multiple accounts across the Life & Pensions sector with experience of;

• Multi-million pound per year deals covering Data, Infrastructure, Apps, CRM and Digital
• Managing a P&L upwards of £30m
• Managing resource both Onshore and Offshore
• Matrix Management

The role of Engagement Partner will sit between the business and the delivery team and whilst not accountable for delivery you will be responsible for;

• Change Enablement
• Conflict Management
• Cost Control
• Operational Efficiency
