Regulatory Manager

Based in the heart of the buzz of London in Spitalfields, our client are a FinTech payments platform working with challenger banks and other FinTech’s to provide foreign exchange infrastructure.

$61m in investment so far has led to strong growth globally since their inception in 2012.

They’re now on the hunt to find a Regulatory Manager to join the team in London to be reporting into the CCO. The successful candidate will be responsible for all regulatory compliance matters impacting the business.

This diverse and varied role involves working across all business units to provide support and advice, working closely with the Executive and Senior leaders on projects including global expansion plans, regulator liaison to helping shape future product and technology initiatives to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements.

The role involves researching global regulatory regimes, producing timely and accurate recommendations, liaising with external and internal stakeholders and submitting returns, notifications and filings in line with the requirements.

What skills and experience are required?

• An understanding of the broader financial services landscape

• Hands on & Independent
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent team working skills, ability to manage own workload and tenacious attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment
• A can-do attitude

• Have an interest in the payments, financial services, technology or FX industry
