Salt are currently partnered with a leading Global IT Services Consultancy as they seek multiple Consultants to join their team in Germany in newly created positions, bringing different levels of experience (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Associate Director). These roles sit in their CIO Advisory team within the Digital Strategy & Transformation practice where consultants introduce next-generation technologies to support their customers through their digital journey.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the IT strategy for a varied client base, optimising and refocusing the IT architecture.
• Recognise how emerging digital technologies and architectures could impact clients and create innovative solutions and IT architecture around these.
• Consultant and work closely with clients at CxO level, providing valuable insight during a project end-end and supporting on any decisions around business-related IT issues (enterprise architecture, IT governance etc.)
• Support in acquisition of new CIO advisory mandates for the business.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar. M.Sc. desired.
• Prior professional experience from a Management Consultancy.
• Working knowledge of IT architecture: enterprise architecture, IT strategy, requirements analysis, IT project management etc.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies: Sparx, JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks: SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe
• Business fluency in German and English languages.
• Ability to travel, working onsite with clients in Germany up to 4 days per week.

Location: Germany – flexible (Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart etc.)

Travel: Up to 80% per week, onsite with customers in Germany/DACH

Salary: Dependent on experience (multiple roles open in team)
