Senior Consultant – Technology & Architecture – Utilities – London – £48,000 +

Our client is a leading consultancy who have reinvented themselves and are re positioned with a broad range of capabilities around customer engagement, innovation & strategy, insights, operational change, people and organization and technology.

We are looking for people with varying degrees of experience but who fundamentally are inquisitive about what’s next? Improving enterprise and finding news ways to collaborate and engage customers. This role is focused in the Utilities space where our client is known as a leading light and have multiple high impact and high-profile engagements.

As a Consultant – Technology & Architecture, ideally you would have the following experience;

• Familiarity with concepts and innovation in the areas of enterprise technology, agile delivery techniques and designing business change from within
• Managing or delivering projects in energy or utilities companies either from a consulting or industry perspective
• An understanding of typical energy or utilities business processes, systems and data
• Leading work streams or live projects

As a Consultant – Technology & Architecture you will need the following requirements/attributes;

• A degree or similar qualification
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to listen and interpret what the client is saying and communicate clearly and efficiently on complex issues
• A strong desire to want to learn what’s possible within enterprise transformation
• Experience in managing or delivering in small to medium size teams working with multiple and varied stakeholders at different seniority levels to deliver tangible outcomes
• Be highly motivated, a self starter, proactive, can do attitude to project delivery
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, providing direction and helping others to develop
