Consulting Director

Our client is an elite consultancy based in Belgium and focus most of their efforts in this region. They have a strong track record of success and access to conceptual problem solving skill-sets.

They focus on business transformation across multiple verticals and have deep knowledge in legacy business transformation/strategy as well as hands on skill-sets within emerging areas of digital, cloud, AI, IOT and automation.

We are looking for a Consulting Director for the business who will work with clients to identify opportunities and then select team of individuals to expand and deliver upon those ideas.

The Consulting Director will need to have the following attributes

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on with demonstrated track-record
• Applied experience in project management methods
• Mastering a specific sector and/or a discipline
• Result-driven with a focus on implementation
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and ability to work well with teams, motivate others
• Willing to perform mid- to long-term missions, potentially abroad
• Open-minded, agile with a solid education
• Fluency in more than one language
  (besides English, preferably Dutch and/or French)
