Finance Transformation Manager – FMCG – London – £85k +

My client is a Global FMCG business who are developing a digital team tasked with transforming and disrupting the finance function through digital concepts and technologies.

The main function is to unlock value via efficiency, growth and people.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Transformation Manager

• Finding opportunities for the re-application of digital approaches and tools developed within global finance expertise areas like treasury, tax, & insurance
• Work across divisions in regions or clusters applying digital to business process
• Engage senior stakeholders and demonstrate and influence on the benefits of the latest digital tools like Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing.
• Actively supporting the Global Information & Analytics team in scouting for new performance-related digital tools & approaches, trialling these in the business, and implementing at scale.
• Identifying priority areas for capability development and working with the Global Digital Finance Manager, Talent & Change Management, to deliver required upskilling, re-training and re-definition of roles.

Experience of the Finance Transformation Manager

• Demonstrated ability to be a thought leader and an agent of constructive disruption
• Strong networking skills and emotional intelligence for building and managing critical partnerships with different divisions across the business.
• Prior experience leading change which can be leveraged in driving the transformation
• Good project management skills and an ability to hold others accountable for delivery
• A high-level of self-motivation, natural curiosity, and a pioneering spirit – you are going to have to keep learning, keep re-inventing, and stay agile
