My client is a unique full service marketing communications agency who have offices around the world and are known for curiosity and offering a seamless brand experience for their customers.

The Global Head of Digital Experience is a key role based from HQ in London. You will work with all hub offices and management to build and deliver an amazing customer experience to help drive the innovation of products and services along with the growth of the business.

The Global Head Of Digital Experience will act as the chief steward on how to apply content, data, technology and services to deliver the above.

Your main objective is to define

• What is a luxury experience
• What content and experiences create value
• How data and technology support delivery

Responsibilities of the Global Head Of Digital Experience

• Represent digital capabilities
• Direct global heads of key comms channels to drive an outstanding and effective marketing communications approach globally
• Work with hub offices to implement best practice
• Ensure sharing knowledge across the global community
• Identify opportunities to grow the business
• Identify key partnerships with technologies that will drive differentiated experiences

Experience of the Global Head Of Digital Experience

• 10+ years at C level in a digital marketing or agency organisation with a clear focus on CRM and customer experience
• Experience working with Luxury brands
• Global experience
• Demonstrable record of working at C level
• High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
