Senior Consultant – Customer Engagement – Utilities – London – £48,000 +

Our client is a leading consultancy who have reinvented themselves and are re positioned with a broad range of capabilities around customer engagement, innovation & strategy, insights, operational change, people and organisation and technology.

We are looking for people with varying degrees of experience but who fundamentally are inquisitive about what’s next? Improving enterprise and finding news ways to collaborate and engage customers. This role is focused in the Utilities space where our client is known as a leading light and have multiple high impact and high-profile engagements.

As a Consultant – Customer Engagement, ideally you would have the following experience;

  • Understand or be comfortable with concepts and innovation in the areas of business strategy, marketing/digital transformation, data, analytics, multichannel/omnichannel strategies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing capabilities and technologies, especially in the digital, social and mobile, cloud and analytics arenas
  • Ideally have a track record of successful customer experience change delivery within large scale projects or programmes working alongside other parties
  • Leading work streams or live projects

As a Consultant – Customer engagement you will need the following requirements/attributes;

  • A degree or similar qualification
  • A strong desire to want to learn what’s possible within enterprise transformation
  • Customer service – experience in contact centres or customer facing roles
  • Experience in managing or delivering in small to medium size teams working with multiple and varied stakeholders at different seniority levels to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Be highly motivated, a self starter, proactive, can do attitude to project delivery
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, providing direction and helping others to develop
