Senior Consultant – Change & Transformation – Utilities – London – £48,000 +

Our client is a leading consultancy who have reinvented themselves and are re positioned with a broad range of capabilities around Operational Excellence, innovation & strategy, insights, operational change, people and organization and technology.

We are looking for people with varying degrees of experience but who fundamentally are inquisitive about what’s next? Improving enterprise and finding new ways to collaborate and engage customers. This role is focused in the Utilities space where our client is known as a leading light and have multiple high impact and high-profile engagements.

As a Senior Consultant – Operational Excellence, ideally you would have the following experience;

• Identification of initiatives to drive improvements in customer, asset, capital operations
• An awareness of standard operational excellence techniques and approaches
• Assisting with the design and development of programme management initiatives covering business and technology change propositions
• Leading workstreams or live projects

As a Senior Consultant – Operational Excellence you will need the following requirements/attributes;

• A degree or similar qualification
• A strong desire to want to learn what’s possible within enterprise transformation
• Ability to work within an integrated team environment, that’s fast paced and client pressured
• Experience in managing or delivering in small to medium size teams working with multiple and varied stakeholders at different seniority levels to deliver tangible outcomes
• Be highly motivated, a self starter, proactive, can do attitude to project delivery
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, providing direction and helping others to develop
