Location: Flexible DACH

Salt are currently partnered with an international Technology & Management Consultancy who are investing in the development of their Digital Strategy & Transformation team. We are supporting them in hiring Digital Strategy Consultants at all levels for the DACH region. This is a fantastic opportunity for people to join a practice experiencing an exciting new phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sound knowledge of trends in Digital – IoT, Big Data, Cloud, AI etc.
• Implement digital strategy through workshops with C-Level and IT Leaders
• Requirements analysis, and documentation and moderation of workshops
• Digital change management
• Agile Project Management & Scrum Master tasks

Requirements

• Working knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Business Model Innovation; Big Data and Analytics; Next Generation Digital Workplace Services; Digital Application Transformation and Modernisation; Application portfolio and cloud strategy; Digital IT Governance; IT service management; Cyber Security; Enterprise architectures.
• Experience of working in a Consulting capacity – flexible on number of years’ experience based on level of role
• Ability to win consulting mandates is desirable, as is a network of relevant contacts
• University Degree, MBA desirable
• Strong communication skills, including ability to present to C-Level
• Fluency in German & English – non-negotiable

Location: Flexible through the DACH region – Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Travel: Up to 4 days per week
