Infrastructure & Cloud Consultant (Senior)

Flexible Location: Any city in Germany – Munich, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt etc.

Salt are currently partnered with an international Technology & Management Consultancy who are investing in the development of their Digital Infrastructure & Digital Workplace team in Germany. We are supporting them in hiring a Infrastructure & Cloud Consultant (Senior), in addition to Technology Analysts for both Cloud and Infrastructure (Junior). Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the introduction of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure and cloud implementation, transformation and migration projects.
• Present proposed solutions to client’s up to C-Level, in addition to leading workshops and POC’s.
• Lead customer-centric project development, including the analysis and technical planning of innovative IT architectures and infrastructures.

Requirements

• University Degree in fields of Computer Science, Business Informatics (or similar) or with comparable training or professional background.
• Prior project experience, including analysis, planning and execution, in an IT infrastructure or cloud environment.
• Knowledge of cloud computing solutions (cloud models, technologies, architectures, services, providers, and solutions) e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure or similar.
• Proficiency in the following areas would be beneficial: VMware products, Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, App-V, SharePoint, Lync, Citrix XenApp
• Strong communications skills with ability to present to C-Level
• Fluency in German & English – non-negotiable

Location: Flexible through Germany
Travel: Up to 4 days per week – on-site with clients
