The Role
They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to work within their existing customer success team based in Hamburg, which is currently an emerging market for these guys, already with 10 enterprise clients. You will be focusing on delivering value, establishing relationships, guaranteeing retention and driving adoption through their paid social offering.
The Customer Success Manager will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.
