Customer Success Onboarding Manager

The Company:

An exciting business within the payments space which offers prepaid products and distribution network across retail. They function worldwide with an aim to be the leading processor and distributor of electronic payments.

The Role:

This role is a mixture of project management, onboarding and customer success. You will be the point of contact for some of the OTT accounts and work directly with the brand’s operations team.

• You will be required to complete end-to-end testing of all new content including receipt checks, card encoding specifications and reporting requirements
• You will manage the entire onboarding process for new content providers
• All internal documentation and training of new content brands
• Card production management which may include forecast, label proofs, data proofs
• Oversee and approve technical aspects of card production
• You will be responsible for the entire project management of the new country launches
• You will be responsible for the entire project management of content brand promotions
• You will work cross-functionally across other departments such as IT, finance

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years’ experience in operations/project/partner/customer success management
• Strong organizational skills and manage complex processes
• An ability to drive continuous process improvement
• The ability to identify the unforeseen challenges that might affect the success of a project
• Fluency in German and English
