Onboarding Specialist – Data Insights MarTech – London

The Company

The Role

Due to the heavy investment received, and the encouraging vision for the company within the UK market, a push within the Customer Success/Implementation team is required, opening an onboarding specialist role working alongside the Customer Success team. As an Implementation Consultant who can guide Enterprise customers through the implementation process, as well as build long-lasting senior level relationships through your consultative and strategic approach:

  • Take the lead role with your customer portfolio, owning the operational aspects of onboarding & projects (scope project engagements, project management & delivery)
  • Be an evangelist for Customer Success and ultimately deliver successful customer outcomes that delight
  • Lead requirements gathering for deployments with new customers, whilst designing and configuring solutions and ensuring customers are fully trained on the platform.
  • Get up to speed with core platform functionalities and quickly develop an expert understanding of how social media drives business value & ROI
  • Enthusiasm, professionalism and naturally happy to wear multiple hats as part of a growing business

The Candidate

The successful Onboarding Specialist will possess the following skills and experience:
