Founded by one of the most well-respected leaders of the consumer sector, the team has now grown to over 100 individuals globally, with 7 offices over APAC, EMEA and MENA. The impressive expansion has largely been down to notable results and having the rare mix of consultants with extensive in-house experience and seniority, which has been vital in winning over both internal senior stakeholders and operational teams alike.

Having recently partnered with another market leader in the ecommerce space they are now in a period of extensive international expansion and are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to help spearhead their UK growth while supporting the build out of offices across Europe.

As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business accounts and selling the consultative services that the company are able to offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the driving force for new business and business development and take an operational lead in implementing all plans and strategies
  • Drive new business leads by developing and activating new business lead generation and prospecting plans
  • Maximise working opportunities and regularly utilise external events to increase awareness and develop your network
  • Work closely with marketing to help generate new business and business development
  • Manage pipeline, and produce monthly performance reports and forecasts
  • Ability to foster warm, prosperous client relationships

Key Capabilities:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in new business / business development activities in digital transformation, ecommerce, brand or marketplace organisations
  • Previous responsibility for managing end to end new business process
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Consultative and solution based new business skills
  • Track record of dealing with clients at C level

Renumeration:

  • Competitive salary £70-900k dependent on experience
  • Incentive-based bonus based on business development targets
