Head of Consulting – Digital Engineering

My client is an exciting digital engineering consultancy that has enjoyed year on year growth since its inception.

After becoming the best at what they do they are growing out a consulting team to exploit the fantastic delivery capabilities they have in house and delight clients.

We are searching for someone to build and lead the consulting team to work with clients on new opportunities.

The Head of Engineering Consulting should have the following experience;

• Building and managing a pipeline of consulting opportunities
• Developing new areas of the customer as well as building relationships
• Selling and delivering technology led solutions and transformation programs
• Owning account related pre-sales activities, assessments, and the delivery of transformational solutions

The Head of Engineering Consulting should have a demonstrable track record in;

• Building deal focused, trusted relationships with senior leadership and partners to scope, solution, propose, close, and deliver complex projects
• Hands-on development of deliverables
• Building collaborative partnerships with other in house agencies and technology vendors to drive client success
• Being recognized as a thought leader or “go to person” for customers
• Business case development, project and program management, proposal writing and business management
• Strong academic background preferably MBA
