If you’re an experienced Instructional Designer with strong Project Management skills and would be comfortable designing Digital & Analytical materials for global consultants, than the perfect opportunity has come up! You will get to lead the development of Digital & Analytics training materials and together with the rest of the Custom Design Team, will guide content writers to produce company relevant, first-class training materials for consulting staff.

Instructional Designer – Responsibilities

• Consult with relevant SMEs, training teams and other internal stakeholders to assess training needs and devise learning goals and curriculum accordingly.
• Select most appropriate structure, media, delivery formats depending on learning goals
• Plan and manage content development cycle in collaboration with the team leadership
• Manage content design and development processes and teams of content writers and SMEs to design and effectively produce training content and programs in varied and varying subject areas, on time, on budget and according to Style Guide’s and standards
• Work with the Production team to test, deploy and roll-out learning solutions
• Maintain and curate company self-service library, evaluate effectiveness of learning modules
• Support the custom design team to develop and evolve learning formats and templates by integrating learning principles as needed

Instructional Designer – Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in education or adult-learning space
• Proven experience designing and developing instructional materials, including social learning, mobile learning, gamification, design thinking, micro learning and blended learning
• Excellent project management skills, including ability to multi-task across projects and teams
• Ability to complete full design cycle of a range of learning solutions, leveraging input from subject matter experts, ideally in consulting environment, and translating into learning resources
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong creative problem solving skills to apply in content design and project management
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organisation is essential
• Must be comfortable to travel international occasionally as part of the position
