Customer Experience Specialist

City of London Permanent £30000 - £45000 per annum

My client are a dynamic start up who have built an award winning, high booking, traffic system which is dominating the market. They are looking for an attentive Customer experience specialist to be the voice of guidance for their customers. You will be responsible for handling all customer queries on email and actively present a great customer experience.

You will support, consult and guide customers worldwide on a variety of their products. This will be both business users and consumer users. This is a great opportunity to work for a brand which has a reputable name in the industry and who are constantly growing and improving. You will be representing an innovative brand who are rapidly strengthening their global presence with over 4 offices across the globe.

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in customer support which include answering queries over email. You will have an understanding of software such as Jira and Zendesk and have experience with payment processing tickets.
