Customer Success Scientist – Data/Customer Insight SaaS – London

The Company

A customer insight and growth management platform who are steadily becoming a trusted partner to the growth of enterprise businesses in the UK. Their platform uses AI and Machine learning to supercharge a company’s customer engagement, and therefor sales as an end result.

A company grown out of the UK, are due to expand at a rapid rate, after recent rounds of funding, equaling over $5.5m! Although, still a small outfit, they have extremely aggressive growth plans for 2019, with the Customer Success and Client Services team looking to double in size in the next several months.

The Role

As a Customer Success Scientist, you will be optimising performance, through the data derived via the SaaS and tech solution.

  • Developing and understanding customer needs and applying actionable solutions using returned data sets.
  • Planning and executing regular client data deliveries, whilst managing all data related queries.
  • Developing relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Working with internal teams on developing solutions and training and implementing those with the client.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Scientist will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Background in Analytical or Data roles, working with mid-market to enterprise level customers.
  • Experience using SQL or Python to analyse complex, messy data.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to pitch and present to high level stakeholders.
  • Experience with large data sets, producing custom reports and insights to the customers brief.
  • 2+ years’ experience in analytics capacity within a commercial team.
